HOW TO RECEIVE YOUR TICKETS
Regardless of the delivery method you select, your ticket purchase history is stored in your account at our ticketing provider, GoElevent.com. If for some reason you are unable to locate your tickets you can look up the transaction online or ask the AJFF Box Office for help. ID may be required to retrieve tickets in person.
The Atlanta Jewish Film Festival is pleased to offer Electronic delivery of your tickets as PDFs by email, which may then be printed at home or displayed on your smartphone at the theater. This allows festivalgoers to purchase tickets online or by phone, and then print the tickets in advance. We suggest this option to avoid a last-minute rush and lines at the AJFF Box Office. This is a free service.
Will Call tickets may be picked up at the AJFF Box Office located at the theater venues during event hours. A confirmation number and valid photo ID are required. AJFF reserves the right to require proper identification before releasing tickets. This is a free service.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & POLICIES
